This article is called, “An Avalanche Of Sins.” Yes, I know it is a weird title for an article but I think you will understand why I use it. I think most peole understand what an Avalanche is, or have seen one in some movie. The internet says there are many different kinds of avalanches; “

• “Rock avalanches, which consist of large segments of shattered rock. These are also known as landslides.

• Ice avalanches, which typically occur in the vicinity of a glacier.

• Debris avalanches, which contain a variety of unconsolidated materials, such as loose stones and soil.

• Powder avalanches, which are common avalanches where the snow particles are suspended in fluid turbulence. They can form with any type of snow, but more commonly with fresh snow.

• Slab avalanches, which are common avalanches where a cohesive layer of snow breaks away from a weaker layer underneath. They can be triggered by human activity or natural causes.” I think you get the picture. And I do hope you understand how dangerous and deadly the can be.Dear Reader, Sins are as dangerous and deadly as any type of Avalanche. 

OUR OPERATING SYSTEM

Most people todays have a computer or a cell phone. It is programed to do certain things. It is a communication system. It stores data, and runs programs. There are many apps that you can add. We have an operating system within us. Our operating system only has 3 area’s in which we work. We “think” We “say” or We “do.” That is our thoughts, speech and actions. Every thing we do in this life is done in one of those 3 areas. That applies to both good and bad, right and wrong.. Our mind is the storage facility and the longer we live the more storage we have. As a grown adult, you have stored more data and information, then when you were a small baby. 

As you grown you learn new things and experience more things. That is stored and processed in your mind. It is also a large part of your decisions making process. Sin is an immoral act considered to be a transgression against Gods’ divine law. WE were all programmed with sin, we were born with sin, it was pre-programmed in every human. We got sin from our parents, who got it from their parents all the back to Adam and Eve, our original parents. Its in your DNA and in your genes. They were deceived by “THE ORIGINAL SINNER SATAN.” Satan is real and so is God.

God is perfect and Holy, and so is Gods standards. He cannot and will never overlook or accept sin, but He will forgive it and save you from it. Sin is what kills us, that is why we die. Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” None of us are perfect. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Dear Reader, we all accumlate sin and store it in our life. Every human has a body, soul and spirit. We were created that way.

WHAT DOES SIN DO

Sin makes everyone a sinner. I have actually heard people say, I am a good person I am no sinner. So lets find out right now. Go look in the mirror and tell me the person you see in the mirror is perfect, you have never thought anything wrong, said anything wrong, or done anything wrong. We all know better. Dear Reader that is sin and makes us sinners. Then I have heard well, I am not a bad person. That is based on your estimation of your self, and that is not Gods opinion, and His opinion is the one that matters. God said, Romans 3:10 “As it is written, There is none good, no, not one.” Why is that? BECAUSE OF SIN. All sin is against God because of who He is. Now that is a fact and reality.

Lets do a comparison. You are on stage. On the left side of you stands Satan. On the right side of you stands God. You are in the middle. Which one do you look more like? Which one do you have the most in common? That should tell you something about all of us. Every one is a creature of habit. That is good habits or bad habits, and habits are hard to break. WE ALL NEED THE HELP OF GOD IN OUR LIFE.  1. Sin will take you farther then you want to go. 2. Sin will keep you longer than you want to stay. 3. Sin will cost you more than you want to pay.

WHY DO PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND OR ACCEPT THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES FOR EVERY ACTION? Becuase we were all born with a sinful HUMAN NATURE. It is easier to sin then serve and it is very hard to fight you own sinful himan nature. Hebrews 11:25 says, “There is pleasure in sin only for a season.” And then there are also consequences. 

THE WRATH OF GOD

Dear Reader, the more sin you store up in your life, the more wrath God stores up to punish your sin. Read that again and process it in your heart and mind. It can actually become an “AVALANCHE OF SIN.” Please do yourself a favor. Read Romans Chapter 1 in the New Testament and see what God says about His Wrath and Sin. It is the 6th book in the New Testament. A 2 minute read, that really might open your eyes to who God really is. Gods Wrath and punishment are both eternal in hell.

Every sin you ever committed will be punished by Gods Wrath. But in Gods love and mercy,  provided the substitute for you. Jesus who died in you place and paid the penalty and consequences for my sin and your sins. Gods Love, Mercy and Grace did that for you and paid for your forgivenss and Salvation. Hebrews 10:31 “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” Please understand this. Christians are forgiven for ALL SIN.If you are not a Christian, then every unrepented sin will be judged by the Wrath of God.

CONCLUSION

Dear Reader. If I could take away your sins, the consequences, Gods judgement and Gods wrath for sin would you let me? If I could make you totally acceptable to God and give you eternal life with God in heaven for all eternity, would you let me? If I could bless your life more than you ever believed, would you let me? I cannot do that for you because I needed it that done for me. Jesus can do all of this and more for you, just like He did for me. Jesus took away my Avalanche of sin forever and he can do the same for you. Jesus took Gods judgement and Wrath for me.

I still remember the night I was forgiven, saved, born again, and cleansed. I became Gods eternal child. That night I realized that Jesus Christ died and paid for my sins on the cross. That night I finally realized that I WAS A SINNER, who needed FORGIVENESS. AND I ASKED GOD FOR FORGIVENESS AND RECEIVED IT. THAT WAS 49 YEARS AGO. I have never regreted it one bit. SIN IS WHAT BROKE OUR RELATIONSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD ALL THE WAY BACK IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN. GOD WILL NEVER ACCEPT SIN BUT HE WILL FORGIVE IT. ONLY BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST DIED AND PAID FOR “OUR SINS.”

Romans 10:13 For who so ever shall (ASK) call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved. God changed me that night, the Holy Spirit came to live in me and He changed me completely. He made me a new person in Jesus Christ. II Corinthians 5:17 ““Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” That was 1975 and now it is 2024. I have never regrated it and I really do have a personal relationship with God and it is great.

Dear Reader, please listen to me. We are all human and make mistakes. God calls that SIN.  This is PERSONAL to you, me and everyone. We have all sinned, messed up, made mistakes and that is a very personal issue between you and God. What will get me to heaven will get you to heaven. What will send me to hell will send you to hell. The only thing that will get you to heaven is accepting Jesus Christ into your heart and life as your own personal Savior for FORGIVENESS OF SIN. The only thing that will send you to hell is YOUR REJECTION OF Jesus Christ for the FORGIVENESS OF SIN.

We live in a very Evil Wicked time in this world. Jesus is coming back for His children in the Rapture of the church, and you do not want to be here to face what is coming on this world and the anti-christ, it will be hell on earth. Jesus died a wicked death on the cross for OUR SINS, so WE can be saved and have eternal Salvation. Are you willing to turn from yourself and turn to God for FORGIVENESS and have a personal relationship with him. God will save you and give you eternal life with him just as He did with me. It’s all yours for the asking. Again Romans 10:13 “For who so ever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Will you ,Bow your heart, turn to Him and (ASK), CALL ON HIM. He will instantly SAVE YOU. JESUS IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SEPARATE YOU FROM SIN. Satan wants you in hell in torment with him forever. What do you want? God poured out not an avalanche of sin on Jesus, but all sin and his wrath so He would never have to pour out His wrath on you.Now it is your choice, WRATH OR FORGIVENESS.
