This article is called I can only imagine part 2..I hope you have read part 1. We all have a mind, and we all have an imagination. I am thankful we do and I am thankful that God equipped us this way. I know every 
human is capable of fantasy from their imagination. But how and when does Fantasy move into or influence reality? Many will argue that dreams are fantasy that feels real. I will not argue that point.
In 1971 John Lennon of the Beatles wrote a famous song called, “IMAGINE.” Here is just a little bit of the lyrics. “Imagine there’s no heaven It’s easy if you try, No hell below us, Above us only sky. Imagine all the people Living for today (ah ah ah), Imagine there’s no countries, It isn’t hard to do, Nothing to kill or die for, And no religion, too.” WOW, NO HEAVEN, NO HELL, NO GOD. This is still the Fantasy of millions all over the world.
IMAGINATION AND FANTASY
I want to post here, the definition of imagination and fantasy, from the imagination dictionary. (Yes there is such a dictionary). “The act or power of forming mental images of what is not actually present,
the act or power of creating mental images of what has never been actually experienced, or of creating new images or ideas by combining previous experiences; creative power, anything imagined; mental image; creation of the mind; fancy a foolish notion; empty fancy, the ability to understand and appreciate imaginative creations of others, esp. works of art and literature, resourcefulness in dealing with new or unusual experiences.” There is no doubt that the mind and imagination are very powerful tools that affect our lives and even our learning experience.”

I once said (years ago), that most of times, fantasy of the imagination, can be better than reality. Why did I say that? Because in fantasy we are in control. We can start and stop or change the fantasy. We can make the rules of fantasy without any consequences, hurt or pain, You can be the King or Queen, the hero, rich, powerful and be as important as you want to be. In the fantasy of your imagination you can be the most handsome man on the planet or the most beautiful woman on the planet, and have others adore and worship at your feet. Even Disneyland has a Fantasyland and Magic Kingdom. If you are a parent all you have to do is look at your own child when they were young, and you will see their fantasy and imagination. Have you never been accused of day dreaming or being in your own little world? Many people will tell you they have a vivid imagination.
Have not parents indulged their children’s through the centuries, in their imaginations with fantasies? Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, fairy tales, bed time stories, cartoons and many, many more? Here is a real question that no one ask. Do these fantasies of their child’s imagination become a reality to them? I have actually heard full grown adults ask other adults, “How old were you when you found out there was no Santa Claus?” Have you ever had a discussion with your friends and asked, “Which super hero would you like to be and why?”
THE BIG BUSINESS OF IMAGINATION AND FANTASY
We live in a very high-tech society. We are more advanced in technology than any generation. When I was a child I would have never dreamed of a cell phone, computer, or artificial intelligence. In essence technology has expanded beyond our imagination, or anything we ever dreamed of. (No pun intended).
Hollywood and the media of communications had done more to appeal to the mind, imagination and fantasy of all humans. We have high tech television, the internet, cell phones, movies and other media and it is instant now. These new media of communication excites the senses and passions of the mind, imagination and fantasy. And yes, in our society they have become addictive. Too many homes have let these media become the permanent babysitter of the children. Children of this generation have learned how to entertain themselves. In this so called progressive society, it would be a sin to go somewhere without your little god, called the cell phone. How many hundreds of channels can you now get on your television? How many hundreds of movies can you get for free on the internet? Virtual Reality (the computer-generated simulation of a three-dimensional image) is now pushed but it not actual reality. Everything in our society is now Visual.
Hollywood has “stretched the imagination” of our minds and of our society beyond belief. We have the most popular movies and television series each year. And there are award shows to celebrate them. Good guys no longer wear white hats. Sci-Fi has become big business. Star Trek, space travel movies, Futuristic movies 
and series. Super hero’s, gods, angels and demons. There are no standards of right and wrong, good and bad, moral and immoral, Pornography is a world wide multi-billion dollar industry, with new and free porn sites popping up everyday-worldwide. This is now expected and acceptable in our society. It is encouraged (even for children) and small children are seeing this in school, because it is mandated by school systems under the guise of inclusion and sex education.
Our children are encouraged to understand and act out sexually, every sexual perversion that you can imagine. Nothing is wrong and sex for children, and with children, is their right. Parents have lost their own right to teach their children correctly. The LGBTQ has taken over the public school system and teach all perversions as normal and equal. Pedophiles are pushing for laws and rights to have sex with children. The imagination and fantasies of sexual behavior (even for children in kindergarten levels) have quickly taken over. But God, morality, the Bible, Christians and churches are not allowed in the public education system. In this society Christianity is hated and has a bulls eye on its back. Christianity is now the most persecuted religion in the world. God and His Word has been permanently expelled from the public school system.
MY HOMEMADE GOD
Demonic forces and total perversion have taken over our country and society. And it is not just here in America but it is accepted world wide. Why did God send the flood and destroy the world during the flood? Here is why. Genesis 6:5 ” And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every IMAGINATION of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” WE ARE HERE TODAY.
Is there any Accountability or Responsibility? This has quickly been taken away from Parents by the Federal Government and public school system. Humanism (my human rights) rule supreme in our world.. I make my own god, I create the god I want who will accept on my terms. No one is responsible or accountable to the true God. Since I have never seen God with my own eyes then I want God, my homemade God, be accountable and responsible to “ME.” He will be the God of my imagination, (the God that I create in my own imagination), the God that meets “MY” wants, desires and needs. My homemade God will be subject to “ME.” The God I want will grant and give me everything I ask for. or anything I imagine. My homemade God will serve me, regardless of what I do, whether right or wrong, evil, moral or immoral. I will create my own reality from my imagination and rule over it.
The Bible say, Judges 21:25 ” In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.” The Bible also says, Proverbs 14:12 “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”
Romans 1:21 “Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their IMAGINATIONS, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;” Society today demands that everyone Tolerate their depravity and sinfulness. They claim that every form of their wicked depravity is a human right. It is a sad day in society when the LGBTQ are given special rights and now Pedophiles are demanding rights to have sex with children. God said in Isaiah 55:8 ” 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.” God is not going to conform to you or your wishes. God WILL NOT Tolerate and over look your depravity and sin. Societies Political Correctness, inclusion and diversity does affect God at all.
Romans 12:1-2 ” I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” This new progressive society has everything backwards. God is not subject to you, but you are subject to God. Society has forgotten there are consequences for their sin and behavior.
CONCLUSION
I remember sitting in chapel in Bible College each day. Listening to the different messages of our college professors. One particular message cemented in my mind and I will never forget it. The premise was this. “NOTHING OF ITSELF IS INTRINSICALLY EVIL, ONLY THE USE OR ABUSE OF IT IS GOOD OR EVIL.” I know every human has an imagination and it was given to us and created by God in us. God had an original plan and purpose for the imagination. I believe that plan was to enrich humanity and our lives as His children. This tool would glorify Him. But as usual, Satan is determined to pervert everything God has given to His children. Satan wants to corrupt the very image of God in mankind. Our imagination is still a powerful tool within us. Satan always perverts the imagination the mind.The world has found new ways to do the same.
The imagination invoke a response (even through the senses), that are good or evil, pure or sinful, and moral or immoral., The response come from our heart, (the mind, will and emotions).Never forget that our flesh has an appetite of its own, Also, never forget “WHAT YOU FEED LEADS,” You feed the flesh and it will lead you, you feed the spirit and it will lead you. I want to feed the spirit and be blessed and controlled by the Spirit of God. I do not want to feed the flesh and pay the consequences of it. As I have said here, the imagination does produce Fantasy.
I sometime wonder if God created our imagination to enhance, strengthen and back up our faith? A way to Visualize the past, present and future. A way to see Him, His creation and all that He has promised His children? And a way to try and visualize our final home?. It is possible but, I can only imagine. I said in Part 1 that God created our imagination in our minds at Creation. What was His original plan and purpose for it? I cannot say for a fact, I do know by God’s Word, at that time a change resulted when Mankind “SINNED” and corruption took over. Before, there was no influence of Satan and evil was not known.
What makes sick and makes my blood boil, is when evil vile sinners take their imagination and fantasize, then moves it into reality and sexually assault women children and infants,or kills them. I get more angry and hateful when I see wicked vile, men and women commit sins and do things that animals do not even do. The Bible says that mankind is totally depraved. I think we can see that some are more depraved in actions then others. You have to wonder what they feeding their minds and hearts.
The question is, how do we use it or abuse it? Here is how I want to use it, please watch the short video below and you will see HOW I WANT TO USE IT. This is the video of a song that I love. It is called “I CAN ONLY IMAGINE.” I also loved the movie that was made from this song. It was written by Bart Millard of the group Mercy Me, after his father died of cancer. Lyrics are right under the video.
The real, true and living God is no longer relevant in our world and society. Mankind is making his own god, (SELF) created in his own mind and his own imagination. If you doubt what I just said then go back up and read verse 21. Satan’s biggest lie is, “I DO NOT EXIST AND NEITHER DOES GOD.” Thus mankind becomes his own homemade god. WHY? Because when you acknowledge God, the Creator, then you become subject to Him. This makes you responsible and accountable to God. That means He has the right to make the rules for all of mankind and humanity, because He is GOD.
As verse 25 says, they “WORSHIPPED AND SERVED” the creature (self) more than the Creator-GOD. Verse 28, “They did not like to retain God in their knowledge (their own mind). In other words, vain thinkers in their own imagination. I am very thankful that God gave us an imagination in our mind. God tells us what our home in Heaven is like. I do try to imagine what it is like and I do think about it, because it is a reality. I know what we see today is not what God intended for mankind. Satan’s goal is to corrupt and pollute everything God has created and given us. Especially our heart-the mind, the will and the emotions. TOO MANY HAVE MADE THEIR OWN IMAGINATION THEIR OWN GOD. 
If you have never been saved then you can only imagine and fantasize that you are your own god, but that will never be a reality. Rather, you should be imagining, what hell will be like, and that is a reality for your future.. Can you not understand that God sent his only begotten son Jesus to this wicked, sin cursed world, to die on a cross (in your place) and pay the penalty for sin, our sin? Salvation is God’s free gift to you in Jesus Christ. If I were lost and not a Christian I would cry out to God and accept Him as my own personal Savior. I would be thanking Him for making Jesus my substitute for sin, so I could be saved and becomes God’s child.
I will close with scripture which is so true. Psalm 53:1-3 “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.
2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
3 Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.” Scroll back up and read verse 28 again of Romans. This is the reality of what God does when you become god or create your own god.
This is what God said and meant. This is reality. You may have your own homemade god, that you created in your own imagination. Have you created your own god or have YOU become your own god? A god that allows you to sit on your own throne, a god that will bow down and serve you? That will only happen in Fantasy and the Imagination, not in reality. Have you dismissed and discarded the accountability, responsibility and consequences of your own sin? That is also a Fantasy of your Imagination. If you have then I would repent and turn to the true and living God. This concludes I can only imagine part 2
