This article is called “LET’S BE CLEAR ON THIS.”  So, what does this mean? It is a way of saying; we need a perfect understanding of what we are talking about. It means that anyone or everyone should be able to comprehend the subject completely It means that there should be no room for error or misrepresentation to anyone. 

So, what is it that I want to be clear about? I want to be clear about God, His Word, His plan for mankind, (HIS CREATION), and His plan for every humans SALVATION from sin, self and Satan. Someone is thinking right now that I want to talk about “RELIGION.” NO, I do not. According to scholars who are much smarter than I am, their research show that since the beginning of time as we know it, there has been over 4200 different Religions that have been traced.

I am not here to go into 4200 different religions. I am here to go into only 1 way of “SALVATION.” John 14:6 KJV: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” All Religions are based on MANS WORKS and how he can EARN heaven, Salvation is based on the finished work of Jesus Christ and how He paid for our salvation, NOT US.

LET’S BE CLEAR

I found this quote and agree with it. There was no authors name associated with it, and I hate that. I have chosen to use the quote and elaborate on it. Start quote: “If you end up in a burning in hell for all of eternity, it will not be because you have a tattoo, or because you have a nose ring, it won’t be because you drink beer or smoke cigarettes, or because you spent time in prison. It won’t be because you didn’t do enough good deeds. It won’t be because you didn’t belong to the right church. It won’t be because you belong to the right political party. It won’t be because of that dumb thing you did, that you don’t want anybody to know about. It won’t be because of what anyone else did to you. It won’t be because you were Religious, and it won’t be because you were a bad person.

It will be because you refused to receive Jesus Christ (God the Son) as your personal Savior! HE already paid for all the stupid stuff you have done and all the stupid stuff you are going to do when HE died FOR YOU on the cross and rose again! HE offers salvation as a FREE GIFT because, let’s face it, if it was up to us to earn it, we would have no chance.
The gift of salvation is there for you to receive. The decision is totally up to you. The price for your sins has been paid, the way to heaven for you has been made.” End of Quote.  AMEN. I THINK THIS IS CLEAR ENOUGH BUT NEEDS A LITTLE DETAIL AND EXPLAINATION. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE

Now, someone is thinking, what is the difference in what you posted in the first paragraph. “If you end up in a burning in hell for all of eternity, it will not be because you………….ECT. The real difference is this: “WE WERE AND ARE-ALL BORN SINNERS.” Can I prove this? Yes. Here is what God said. Psalm 51:5 KJV “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; And in sin did my mother conceive me.” People do not like to hear this or accept it, but God says it is true.” Every human that has ever been born inherited SIN from their parents and it goes all the way back to our original Parents, Adam and Eve. 

Dear Reader, please understand this Biblical concept from God. There are many things that we can do that are moral or immoral. Things that we call right or wrong, our actions show the difference. Why do we do those things (our actions) that are wrong or immoral? Because they are the BY PRODUCT OF BEING A SINNER. We were ALL born with a sinful human Nature, into a body of flesh. 1 John 2:16 “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, (GOD), but is from the world.” Romans 8:8 “ So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.”

HOW GOOD ARE WE AND HOW DOES GOD SEE US?

God has His own standard and His standard is based upon Himself. (Let that sink into your heart and mind). Here is what God says about it. Isaiah 64:6 “ But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.” Romans 3:10-12  King James Version, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.” Mankind’s sense of good and morality is NOT God’s standard. Why does God NOT accept us by man’s standards? Because man’s standards are evil, sinful and polluted. We as Christians have to be clear on this one. I say this because the difference will be Heaven or Hell. You witness to people and want to win them to the Lord Jesus Christ. Many times they will respond and say, “I do not think I am a bad person. I TRY to be good to everyone and I will help anyone that I can.” W O W. Did you catch that”? In reality they just told you that they are “WORKING” to be GOOD AND SAVED. It is called a works salvation. I have actually heard people say, “Well, I am not a big sinner.” According to God’s Standard there are no big or little sinners, just sinners. God calls all sin “EVIL.” Genesis 3:22 KJV “And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever.” (AS A SINNER).

CONCLUSION

Let’s be clear on this one also. Isaiah 59:2 “ But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” Sin separated us from God all the way back in the garden of Eden with our Original Parents. We lost our relationship, and fellowship with God. Scroll back up and look at who God is and you will understand why He will never accept Sin. Jesus came to earth to pay the price for our sin and pay for our forgiveness with the Father. You really do have a choice, it yours. WHO WILL YOU CHOSE AS YOUR FATHER AND WHO WILL YOU FOLLOW?

If you are not a Christian and have not received God’s forgiveness and Salvation, I would not wait one more minute to become God’s child and have my relationship and fellowship restored with Him. I would be so glad to have my sins forgiven and cleansed. Are you willing to place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ? He is the one who paid for Salvation so that we can have eternal life with Him forever in heaven.

Realize that Jesus took your place as your substitute, and HE paid for ALL OF YOUR SINS. Bow your HEART and ask God for forgiveness and salvation, and God will instantly SAVE YOU AND CHANGE YOU INSIDE. Romans 10:13 “¹³ For whosoever shall call (ASK) upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” It is all yours for the asking. It is Gods free GIFT to you, but it cost Jesus everything for you. Let’s be clear on one major issue. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ proved that He was and is God. Revelation 1:18 “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

His Resurrection also proves that He has all power and authority over ALL Sin, FORGIVENESS AND ETERNAL LIFE. Matthew 28:18 “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” This is how you are saved by God’s free gift. Ephesians 2:8&9 “ For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: ⁹ Not of works, lest any man should boast.
